MagnoSec Peace & Security Alliance, Inc. (MPSA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2025 by Lemuel Rivera — former United Nations Peacekeeper, first Puerto Rican selected for the UN Mission in Haiti, and security professional with 30+ years of operational experience across conflict zones on four continents.
MPSA's mission is to prevent violence, strengthen community safety, and equip everyday people with the knowledge and tools to protect what matters most — one relationship, one family, one community at a time.

MPSA Chapter
What is an MPSA Chapter?An MPSA Chapter is a local community team formed within a church, school, campus, or community organization. It brings people together to strengthen safety, dignity, and mutual support.
Each Chapter selects one or more program tracks — Peacebuilding, Safety & Threat Prevention, or Crisis Preparedness — and turns them into practical action through trainings, meetings, and community initiatives, with guidance from MPSA.
